operation chroma key COMPLETED!!!

I did it! I painted my living room and dining room! Actually, my Mom and I did it. My mom is amazing - she got here at 9 am and just left at 9:30 pm, and besides a 20 minute lunch break we basically worked ALL day. I finally had to force Mom to stop cleaning my floor (after she finished cleaning my windows) and send her home. She is a 5 foot 2 inch force of nature that cannot be controlled.
If you have a major home improvement project, I suggest you call her.

you can see from the pictures i still have work to do - i.e hang art, redo sofa, etc. but that hardest part is done - what do you think of the color?

The nervous part now is for the husband to come home on monday - hopefully he likes it.

On the to-do list:
1. Hang art
2. hide wires & cords
3. reupholstery
4. rejuvenate floors ( this crazy stuff my mom gave me that makes wood floors look SO much better)
5. tackle the upstairs
6. prune and replant back yard
7. organize my studio/office
8. find a dresser/ storage solution for the bedroom

you know, just a couple things....

but for now i am going to enjoy this:
